This one has an is 48 pieces but you can make it 247 if you like a bit more of a challenge and you can chose different shapes for the pieces - www.kidzone.ws/sg/music/28.htm

Just did your puzzle George - it was OK but I think it needs to be set on 247 pieces

Yep they're quite fun for a wet day - did you try it Flutist?
I will try and find some more, have had a bit of difficulty because I wanted to find them on a musical theme. If I can find some more perhaps we can have a jigsaw of the month so there is always a new one for people to do.

No, I haven't yet. Windows 7 has a picture scramble desktop gadget I find very fun, though.

I'll be looking out for them George - I don't mind giving another one a try if the weather turns wet/cold

I was really into doing real life jigsaw puzzles for a while. I saw a cool looking one in the dollar store and figured that it would be a good way to pass the time. I will think twice about buying a jigsaw puzzle in the dollar store again, however, as there was one piece missing when all was said and done.
Anyone else had this experience with dollar store puzzles?
The next puzzle I bought, was one of those puzzle multi-packs in walmart with like 8 puzzle ranging from 500 - 1000 peices. If you really like puzzles, I would definitely suggest one of those. They had a great variety, nice pictures, and all of the pieces.
The online puzzle was amusing, and its hard to beat free. I still think I prefer doing a physical puzzle though. I love that feeling of fitting in the last piece.
