Especially after about 1973, they wrote quite a lot of legendary music including hits like "Wish you were Here" and "Comfortably Numb" and have undoubtedly been one of the most popular rock bands in the history of music. What is your opinion of Pink Floyd?

I don't listn to much Pink Floyd, but I keep seeing a t-shirt with one of their album covers on it.

I think that their later albums were pretty good. I love listening to some of those live albums, despite Roger Waters not being on those albums.
I don't listen to very much of them either anymore though.

I used to think they were amazing but haven't listened in years - ha, probably not since the 1970s! Looking back I think that my opinion may have been slightly influenced by the fact that my boyfriend of the time considered them phenomenal

I am a fan of Pink Floyd, especially Dark Side of the Moon. I bought it for 50 cents in the bargain record, only knowing of the band name, and after playing it on my turntable, wow did I felt like I missed out on some great music .

Dark Side of the moon--isn't that the one with the prism on the cover??

Yes that's correct. Dark Side of the Moon is the album with the Prism on the cover. It also syncs with Wizard of Oz, and in my opinion, makes the movie better . You can find this on youtube.

I've actually never played a record on a turntable. They look really fun though. I know who pink floyd is, and I recognize their album covers, but I sadly can't name a song by them.
