New features--hashtags and display name change earnings

So, now we have HASHTAGS on the forum! Whenever you make a hashtag, there will be a link to a list of all the other threads that have that hashtag! So tag your threads/posts with a hashtag![HASH]awesomeplugins!
Also, we have an option to change your display name after you reach a certain number of posts. At first, you couldn't change your display name at all--I felt that the feature might make it hard to recognize people--but I decided that is is good to allow occasional display name changes. So about every fifty posts, you may change it. (Note: usernames you cannot change, but display names you can. there is a difference)
